Accursed Lover

"Ah, the eternal refrain of humanity. Pleading ignorance, begging for mercy. "Please, help me. I don't understand." This is the life you chose, Joseph. All the people you hurt, all the appetites you indulged. You have destroyed your own innocence, allowed your flesh to consume your spirit. You are your own king, and this is the Hell you have created for yourself.”

Hellraiser V: Inferno

The sun has set; the sun has died
My eyes are blindly looking for a light
The world I live in, became darker
My hope is lost, along with the light

Chained within the darkness,
In a world this dark and cold,
My only salvation in the hands of another,
That I’ve forsaken so long ago…

Alone I break my soul against the walls that I’ve built,
Waiting for a day… my bones won’t break, my skin won’t bleed
But how could a day still come when my sun is dead and gone?
The irony does not escape me: the architect of this hell I am…

Here, at the edge of everything, I gaze into the abyss,
The abyss avoids looking back at me; it cannot stand what it will see
The perfect vessel of despair, and the supreme container of
That which might kill a man, a saint an angel and a god

The ever-devouring mix of love, hate, rage and despair
An ocean of each, I would say
That only a drop is enough to destroy a world
I curse, I hate, I love therefore I remain…

Dead Awake

The moment when your body grows colder
Awaiting...
The last warm breath,
You feel the darkness shrouding you in,
Perverted mistress...

You wait for that moment,
Alone...
To let go of all you've learned
Wrapped in the arms of your deadly lover
Awake in death

Eons to pass, infernal succession
Still entombed
The candles extinguished
The world of man, forgotten
You cannot move

Through ancient new born woods,
You've heard it all
The dying screams of the dying world,
Your lover squeezed you tight, and then...
You smiled

Time

What if the world would freeze in a moment?
Would all of its sorrow will be gone?
And what if the mind would awaken,
And all that would be left, is just now?

The light would cease to envelop,
Everything that is, right or wrong;
And all of the sounds shall be frozen,
Playing forever the maddening tone...

Some people, forever, stuck at birth,
While others in the moment before death,
What wondrous horrors will awaken,
In the eternity between a second and the next?

What beautiful joy in this stillness,
Forever alone and forever in love,
But all of thoughts shall be frozen,
No beginning, no end, not for one.

Dissonant Harmonies

Tick-tock! Tick-tock!
The clock rages on...
Tick-tock! Tick-tock!
Time stops for no man...

The metaphor insinuates itself
Into the mind of the tired one;
You cannot tell the damage it inflicts,
Until you felt the cold touch of this hell.

Weep if you must, but tell not a soul:
What once was, cannot be no more,
Touched by decay, even the voices of gods
Turn to psychotic screams of impotence.

Tick-tock! Tick-tock!
If you could turn back time;
Tick-tock! Tick-tock!
You would fail the same...

Believe

Believe in nothing
As you descend into madness
Believe not the voice,
That tries to turn you around

Believe in delusions,
When heading for destruction,
Believe not the lies,
About what shouldn't be done

Believe in forever,
Believe to make it so,
Believe in forever,
After forever has passed

Believe in damnation,
Trust not you'll be forgiven,
Believe in the poison,
After the bottle is done...

Symphony of the Fall

A cold day under the sun
A world screaming my name
Unknowingly,
A hunting ground full of prey

The dusk of creation,
Dawn of destruction,
Anguish of a dying world,
Whisper a prayer before the fall

Innocents are born,
To die as sinners,
Perfect engine of destruction,
That most of us call life.

Harvest your prayers,
Enjoy your sins,
Prepare to witness
The symphony of the Fall

Dawn

Behold! Chaos is here
Tranquility is lost
But this is not the dawn of making
This is the dawn of the end...

Be it so that another man rise
From the ashes of the old
Keep in mind that whatever he promised
His legacy won't turn to gold...

Pay no attention, not at all,
To the people that hope
Their souls won't be sold,
Put your trust in no one,
But the prophets of the Fall

At peace for a while,
No more rules to break or bend,
Remember the dawn of the making
Before the dawn of the end...
